The terms ‘company’, ‘us’ and ‘we’ used in this agreement relate to SCOOdesign.co.uk and the terms ‘you’ and ‘yourselves’ relate to the company or individual purchasing our services.

All our designs remain the property of SCOOdesign.co.uk unless otherwise confirmed by the company.

The standard agreement term for hosting a web site will be a minimum period of 1 year, thereafter, cancellation of a hosting agreement will require 1 months notice in writing by letter or email. Any agreement to be cancelled within the first year will be subject to the approval of SCOOdesign.co.uk.

Domain renewals will only be obtained after confirmation has been received from you to us. SCOOdesign.co.uk will notify you of any renewal charges and / or subscription which are due to secure your domain purchase.

All amendments to the original design will be chargeable

SCOOdesign.co.uk will use third party hosting and traffic driver sites. In the unfortunate event that the third party companies should not be able to carry out the services that they are providing, SCOOdesign.co.uk can not be held responsible for any loss of trade or business matter. In the unlikely event that this should should happen SCOOdesign.co.uk will upload all web sites to a new server as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary interruption in the services provided.

SCOOdesign.co.uk con not guarantee any domain name, only domains that are available at the time of an agreement can be secured.

Free page designs relating to special offers will be limited to 1000 pixels by 1500 pixels.
